He has focused his professional experience, of more than a decade, on ongoing tax consulting, tax return preparation, tax planning, tax diagnostics, international taxation, direct and indirect tax reporting, corporate reorganizations, and representation in tax audit proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service.

His years of experience at various consulting firms, such as EY Chile, Tax & Legal BDO Chile, and law firms (Recabarren & Asociados, Zarhi Dreyse Amar Abogados, and Quadrant Legal) have allowed him to stand out for his ability to understand and anticipate clients’ needs, identify risks, and offer efficient tax planning tailored to the specific requirements of each client.

× Arelis is a member of the tax compliance team at Russi & Eguiguren | Quadrant, where she specializes in tax compliance consulting and auditing, with experience in finance, accounting, and taxation. With over 5 years of experience, she has efficiently and promptly advised clients on their tax compliance needs, tax diagnostics, international taxation, and representation in tax audit proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service. She has been part of the team since 2020 and has participated in various corporate restructuring processes, M&A transactions, and tax accounting advisory services for a diverse range of clients.

Aura Osses Cárcamo

× Aura has focused her professional practice on providing accounting, tax, and financial advisory services, and is responsible for managing tax compliance with the Internal Revenue Service for individual clients and companies of various sizes. She previously worked as an accounting analyst at TUV Rheinland Andino S.A., as an accountant at Asad Consultores y Auditores SpA, and as a senior accountant at Clay Technologies and Addval.

Bernardita Matamala Espinoza

× Bernardita leads the Financial Accounting team at Russi & Eguiguren | Quadrant. She has over 20 years of experience leading accounting teams, with expertise in tax consulting, accounting matters, human resources, and administration. She holds a degree in Business Administration and has worked in business administration (at Lavacenter Costanera and Otecod Ltda) before joining Recabarren y Asociados as Head of Accounting. Later she worked independently providing tax, accounting, and human resources consulting services.

Currently, she is responsible for managing and leading the accounting team in providing advisory services to various companies across multiple industries, offering administrative and accounting support for their daily operations.
